Q. My download will not start.
A. If the download will not start, make sure you have disabled any pop-up blockers
that might be activated.
Q. What happens if my download suddenly stops?
A. Your internet connection may have dropped out. If this happens you will need
to close the original download. Next log into your account. Finally, go to "My
History" and click on the download link to restart your download.
Q. When I try and open the file it says: "the
compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted."
A. There may have been some type of disturbance when the file was downloaded.
Delete the corrupted file and please contact Customer Service at service@neuroticmedia.com
Q. I keep getting this error: "cannot open file:
it does not appear to be a valid archive."
A. Please contact Customer Service at service@neuroticmedia.com

Q. I'm having trouble finding the file once it's
been downloaded.
A. To find a file once it has been downloaded, use the "Search" or
"Find" option on your computer to locate the file. To bring up the
search window click on the "Start" button and choose "Search"
or click on "My Computer" on the desktop and double click on the hard drive,
or press Ctrl F and type *.ZIP in the search box that appears and it will find
all zip files on your computer. The file you just downloaded should be amongst
the files listed. You can choose "View" and then "Details"
to see the "Date Modified" field and look for the most recent files.
Q. I have downloaded the songs but can’t
seem to find them.
A. This zip file has been saved in your download default folder; if you are
unable to find this folder on your system try conducting a search of all your
files in your folders.
Q. My computer is unable to open the file.
A. The songs will download as a zip file, most computers now have zip software
as part of the operating system. If your computer does not, you can download
a free trial version program here:

Q. How do I add the Music to my
iTunes/iPod?
A. To add the music to your iTunes/iPod use the following
steps:
1. Save the zip file to your desktop.
2. Copy the zip file to your iTunes directory, usually My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes Music.
3. Unzip the file in this new file location. There should now be a new folder in the iTunes music directory.
4. Open iTunes on your computer and choose the option "Add Folder To Library" from the "File" menu. Browse to the folder that you just created in the My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes music directory and click "OK".
5. Your download is now part of your iTunes library and you can copy the music to your iPod as you normally would.
