Shachar Oren, President and CEO

As a founder of Neurotic Media, Shachar has steered the company’s strategic direction from inception to becoming the premier Digital Service Provider DSP) in the B2B space. Shachar is also the system architect behind the company’s patent-pending, ground-breaking technology platform.
Prior to founding Neurotic Media, Shachar worked for Amplified Holdings Inc., the first business-to-business DSP in the music downloads market. As Senior VP of International Business Development, Shachar was responsible for the fast growth of Amplified’s clients and partners base between 1998 and 2001. Earlier, as VP of Sales and Business Development, Shachar helped shape Amplified’s business strategy and positioning.
Previously, Shachar worked at Ichiban Records, one of the country’s leading independent record companies and a distributor of dozens of indie labels. Shachar joined the company as a radio promotions person, later to launch the company’s indie rock imprint, Altered Records, as A&R Director.
In the early ‘90s, Shachar worked at Georgia State University’s 100,000 Watts WRAS, “Album 88,” as a morning-show DJ, Production Director, and Program Director. Shachar constructed the station’s Live On-Air Production Facility, and went on to produce and engineer ground-breaking sessions by over 400 artists performing live-on-air. In 1995 Shachar produced “Radio Oddyssey” - a live-on-air benefit compilation CD (on EMI ) featuring the likes of Throwing Muses, Morphine, G. Love, Wedding Present, Soul Coughing, and many more.
Shachar also ran his own indie label for a while, ShoeString Records, and released material by Tweezer, William Carlos Williams, and Pineal Ventana.
Shachar Oren holds a BS (cum laude) in Music Industry and Music Production from the Georgia State University School of Music (1995).
Meredith Marconi, VP of Sales and Marketing
Meredith has spent over 15 years in entertainment marketing and promotion.
With a business degree in marketing and international business from the
University of Richmond, Meredith joined SCORE Productions as a marketing
coordinator in 1992. In 1994, she became Director of Marketing for TEMPO,
Inc. (The Entertainment Marketing & Promotion Organization). In 1998
Meredith became a partner in TEMPO and its Chief Operating Officer,
overseeing Sales, Client Service, Business Affairs and Operations.
Throughout her tenure at TEMPO, Meredith managed the sale, development and
execution of over 250 custom branded, entertainment-based premiums (CD,
E-CD, CD-ROM). Working within the entrepreneurial environment at TEMPO, she
presented and sold deals to Fortune 500 brands and the top 100 marketing and
promotions companies. Knowing that the most creative conceptual promotion is
worthless without perfect execution, Meredith established a Client Services
department at TEMPO that not only perfected the art of client service, but
also became a revenue producer for the company.
Working with brands such as Kodak, Cadillac, Heineken, Glaxo-Wellcome,
Gerber; agencies such as Frankel, Ryan Partnership, Brick Mill Studios, The
Marketing Store; and non-profits such as American Red Cross, Paralyzed
Veterans of America, Easter Seals, ASPCA, Meredith had the opportunity to
design ECHO-Award winning direct mail packages and highly successful
entertainment-based promotional campaigns.
Meredith has been invited to speak at the Direct Marketing Association
conferences, as well as the Entertainment Marketing Conference.
Kelly Vogel, Director of Client Services
Kelly brings over ten years of B2B and B2C hosted software implementation and marketing experience to Neurotic Media. Her experience in multiple facets of software development gives her a unique perspective when delivering solutions to clients. She is driven by a full-service approach to client management, encompassing product management, marketing and project management.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina with degrees in French and International Studies in the late nineties, she joined Renaissance Interactive, an eCommerce software development company. Kelly worked in marketing and executive support, ultimately moving into the position of Director of Corporate Communications. After Renaissance Interactive/Impressa closed down, she and the CEO co-founded Cignant Enterprises which also supplied hosted eCommerce solutions to small businesses. Kelly then moved to Vitrue, helping develop and implement a range of social media solutions for clients such as Turner, The Weather Channel, Arby’s, T-Mobile and others.
Kelly joined Neurotic Media in 2009 to establish and grow our Client Services Division.
Abby Weatherby, Controller

Abby joined Neurotic Media in 2007 and has been instrumental in ramping up the company’s financial systems during a period of rapid expansion. Abby began her business career as a CPA with KPMG in Chicago. After receiving her MBA in Marketing, she spent several years in marketing and advertising with The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, and The Leo Burnett Company where she led the team that developed advertising for the H.J. Heinz Company. In 2004, Abby returned to her roots and began a small business consulting service. This service led her to Neurotic Media where she discovered an energetic employee team, a broad client roster and numerous growth opportunities. Abby earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the Kelley Graduate School of Business at Indiana University. Abby is also a certified CPA. Outside the office, Abby enjoys music, skiing, occasional scuba diving and spending time with her husband and two children.
Todd Jones, Production Director

Todd Jones was raised in the music industry, his father working on the marketing side and his mother in radio. He grew up enthused by both music and technology and became interested in digital music in his early teens. His awareness of the issues surrounding digital music, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Mass Media from Goucher College (and a semester abroad studying in the music business department at the University of Westminster, London), helped him acquire a job at Neurotic Media in 2005. He has moved up through the company and for the last year has been managing day to day operations. Todd is administering content ingestion, ongoing production and operational duties, and technical training for company clients.
Rebecca Hardy, Production Assistant
Becka joined the Neurotic Media team as a production assistant and customer service representative in 2008. She recently received her Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, completing a music industry business plan thesis, in addition to her BBA in Music Business from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Her previous experience ranges from radio production and interactive marketing on the record label side to concert promotion and artist marketing. At Neurotic Media, Becka leads our Customer Care support services, assists in operational duties and site merchandising duties, and helps with content ingestion.
Evan Rogoff, CFO

As chief financial officer Evan is responsible for financial, operational and administrative matters for the company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a former Certified Turnaround Professional who has been working with rapidly-growing technology companies for over a decade. Previously, Evan was the founder and President of a boutique consulting firm providing strategic and financial advice to early-stage software companies. His clients collectively raised over $100 million of capital and were honored in the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 program. Before that, Evan was the Chief Financial Officer for a venture capital backed software company which was successfully acquired. Earlier in his career, Evan was on the management team of an IPO candidate internet company and also manager in the corporate financial consulting practice of Arthur Andersen. Evan graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
