Account Management
Every Neurotic Media client is assigned an Account Team featuring an Account Manager, Marketing Consultant and Technology Director. If a project requires a broader skill set, that is accommodated. We provide a detailed Project Timeline and hold a Project Launch Meeting with both Neurotic Media and the client in order to review and agree upon project expectations and deadlines.
Training
Neurotic Media arms clients with the knowledge and expertise to take their download initiatives to a whole new level of sophistication. We schedule training sessions where a Neurotic Media Technology Director instructs how to use our platform to execute and manage specific business needs. We continue to provide training of new features as they are added to the platform. Neurotic Media’s training team instructs you on a broad variety of topics and in a variety of formats including:
• Web-based instructor-led training
• Customized client-specific training
• On-premise training
• "Train-the-trainer"
