Customized Surveys can be designed for each store or giveaway site. Customizing surveys allows clients to better leverage the opportunity to capture consumer data through Neurotic Media’s services. Surveys may include product-specific and market-specific data, and can be designed as fields, drop-down menus, and check-boxes.

DNS Hosting means that Neurotic Media hosts a URL and an SSL Certificate that a client owns on our DNS servers and SSL cards. This allows us to place a client's download store or service on this new URL, which offers yet another tier in a long list of customization capabilities. Neurotic Media becomes completely invisible to end consumers.

Branded Customer Service Email can be established together with DNS Hosting. Neurotic Media can set an e-mail box for a client’s URL (this is achieved by using a client’s URL “MX Record”). This can be used as the Customer Service box. Our replies from this box therefore retain your full branding.

Shortcode Provisioning involves provisioning a client’s own code through Neurotic Media’s PSMS gateway partners. A client must purchase their own code from CSCA first. Once it is provisioned on our platform, all Premium SMS transactions and deliveries will be directed through that code. The Brand, and not Neurotic Media, is the merchant of record.

Customized Receipts, Alerts & Notifications can also be prepared for the branded store, site and service. Neurotic Media will work to scope the specific vision in this area and to customize these email messages based on client requirements.

Customized Workflow and Layout can be added to a client’s service. If none of Neurotic Media’s existing templates work for the brand’s purpose, a new stylesheet can be designed or the client can design their own store template and have Neurotic Media integrate it into our platform’s store module.

Custom Development is provided on an hourly basis. Upon receiving a Request For Proposal (“RFP”), Neurotic Media will scope the requirements and assess how many hours the task will take. We will then provide a time and cost projection for the requested development. Once the Change Order document has been approved, we’ll proceed and create the custom solution.

Mass Email campaign Blasts can be produced upon requests. Neurotic Media offers both email template design services as well as email list management and email blast execution tools. These are provided through “managed care” services customized per client request.
